Fees and Refunds

PAYMENTS

For your convenience, you can pay registration fees online with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express.  If you would like to pay by cash or check, you must contact our Registrar, Claudia Perez, whose contact information is available on the Board page.

* When you begin the registration process, you will be asked to select one of these play levels from the drop down menu.  Selection of the appropriate play level is important, as the payment feature is based on this selection.
 
**  Individuals registering as miliary participants must register both through the AHFSH online registration program and CYS for soccer for the season at issue; the discounted registration fee shown for military participants is the fee that will paid after CYS confirms registration.  For additional information, please see the "Military Registrations" section on the Registration page.
 
***  There are different levels of competitive team play.  If you do not know which team or level of play is applicable, contact our Director of Training, Steve Jennings.
 
**** Uniform fee not included.  Fee is approximately $140.00 for the required uniform (2 jerseys, 2 shorts and 2 set socks) and backpack; purchase of additional items is optional.

LATE REGISTRATION FEE

After the close of registration, Age Group Commissioners may accept late registrations only where roster spots are available.  Registrations accepted after the registraton deadline will be required to pay a late fee of $25.


REFUND POLICY

Recreational - A full refund of the registration fee will be given if the request is made prior to distribution of the uniforms.  No refunds will be given after that time.

Recreational Academy ("Fire Junior") and Fire teams - Refunds will not be given for registration or training fees.

All refunds will be made by check, regardless of the initial form of payment by the registered player; refunds will not be made by crediting the debit or credit card used to pay for the registration fee.


Payment Plans and Financial Assistance for Fire and Fire Jr. Players

For the past several years, AHFSH has made financial assistance available to Fire and Fire Jr. players.  Beginning in the Spring 2012 season, and in an effort to provide additional options to those families playing on Fire and Fire Jr. teams, AHFSH has both implemented payment plan options and revised the financial assistance program.  Through the payment plan options, families now have the option of either paying the entire registration fee at the time of registration or extending the payment over more than one payment.  Qualifying families may also apply for financial assistance through the financial assistance program, which has been revised to include new eligibility requirements and to provide deadlines both for applying for such assistance and for AHFSH to notify applicants of a decision on their requests.
